Our office has real estate agents who have been closing with us for years. One of the reasons we maintain their business is our availability to our clients. When you call, you will speak directly to one of our Escrow Officers, Kelley Clampitt or Shelley Petersen. If it is necessary to leave a voice mail message, we will return your call within the hour. We understand that your deal is important to you and we provide immediate answers to your questions or concerns.

For Sale By Owner Transactions

If you don’t have an agent, that is not a problem. Our on site attorney, John W. Pleuthner, will meet with both buyer and seller to draw up a contract.

Wrap or Contract For Deed

We realize traditional financing is not the solution for every situation. We provide alternative financing transactions with or without title insurance to fit almost any scenario.

Legal Documents

There are times when all you need is a document prepared. Our on-site attorney, John W. Pleuthner, can prepare standard real estate documents like a Warranty Deed, Release of Lien, or Power of Attorney. He can also prepare related documents such as wills, foreclosures, or probate documents.

Refinances

We have closed many refinances and Buyers may not only select their lender, they can also select their title company. Simply notify your lender that you prefer to use us and we can be your agent for closing. Our closing costs are fair and competitive and except for the title premium, are negotiable.
