Civil Law is a broad term that perhaps for many, is the opposite of criminal law. To a certain extent that is accurate, but it still leaves one uncertain about what the term means. My practice is entirely civil. However, within the realm of what Civil Law can encompass, my area of practice is narrow by choice and preference.
I litigate contract disputes, and matters that affect real estate and real estate agents and, I represent either Plaintiffs or Defendants. I am often engaged to assist in various probate and foreclosure matters.
